About AutoNovao

I sit with drivers over their auto policies before they sign, and I put every clause into words that land.

Why I Do This

Most drivers buy auto insurance in a hurry. They glance at the monthly price, sign the form, and leave the booklet in a drawer until a claim drags it back out. I built AutoNovao to interrupt that habit before it costs somebody.

Ask me about any word in that booklet, however small it looks on the page. Three of them settle how your worst day ends, and they are limits, deductibles, and exclusions.

No two drivers who write to me carry the same story. One walks to work, one shares a sedan with a student, one leases under tight mileage rules. Those facts tell me what to read first.

How High It Pays

A limit is the most your insurer will hand over on a single claim. Everything above that figure lands back on you. When I open a quote, I test that ceiling against your car, your savings, and the roads you cover.

Your Share Of The Bill

A deductible is the first piece of any repair bill, and it falls on you before the insurer pays a cent. I ask drivers to name a figure they could hand over this month without flinching, then I build the rest of the policy around that answer.

What It Refuses

Near the back sits a list of things the policy flatly will not pay for. Driving for an app, hauling goods for money, lending the wheel to a stranger. I hunt those lines down while you can still act.

The Quiet Rewrite

A renewal notice almost never announces what moved. One clause gets redrafted, a limit slides down, an extra vanishes without a word. Send me both versions and I will hold them beside each other until the difference shows.

Ask Me Now, Not At The Tow Yard

Every question you put to me today is free. The same question answered by an adjuster beside a wrecked bumper usually arrives with a bill attached.

How I Read Yours

Plain Words

Insurers borrow everyday words and give them very narrow meanings, which is how drivers misread their own coverage. I trade each one for language you would use at your kitchen table.

Your Real Week

How far you go, where the car sleeps at night, who borrows it on a Saturday. None of that shows up on the paperwork, so I ask you straight out before judging any quote.

Quote Against Quote

Two offers can carry the same price and protect you in wildly different ways. I set the matching clauses in a row so you can see which one is thin and which one holds.

While It Is An Offer

Bring me your doubts while the paper is still an offer and nothing has been fixed. After you sign, that wording is the deal, and my answers stop doing you much good.

When Life Moves

Traded the car, added a driver, moved nearer the job, cleared the loan at last. Any of those and I want your file open again, because the right coverage just shifted.

Nothing Pushed

I will not talk you into anything your driving does not ask for. Where an extra costs money and shields nothing, I say so plainly and leave the choice sitting with you.

Read It With Me

A policy is a promise, drafted in language built to survive an argument later on. Once you know precisely what it promises, that monthly payment stops feeling like a gamble.

Send me the policy sitting in your glovebox or the quote that landed in your inbox this morning. Either one gives me enough to show you how tomorrow plays out if the road turns against you.
